The Orangery Café

The large conservatory adjoining the castle has been refurbished to accommodate the Orangery Café.

The conservatory was designed by Joseph Paxton in 1846, six years before he went on to design Crystal Palace for the Great Exhibition.

The Orangery Café serves delicious food and drink that is organic wherever possible. Much of this is fresh from our kitchen garden and otherwise from local producers and suppliers.

The Orangery Café is available to hire for private functions. Please ask a member of staff for details.
