Time to celebrate

Enjoy the wedding reception of a lifetime

The Castle is full of unique rooms for you to enjoy. From medieval halls to outdoor courtyards, the whole Castle is exclusively yours for your wedding day.

With the reception rooms in the Castle, you’ll be able to bring your vision to life, and will benefit from the wonderful feeling of space and flow between each room.

The Library & South Lawns

Following the ceremony, we have an extensive range of canapes and drinks options. These are served in the Library which opens out onto the South Lawns, both of which offer spectacular views of the Herefordshire countryside. Later in the evening, the Library is the perfect space for relaxing just outside the bustle of the Ballroom and continuing conversations late into the evening.

The Grand Ballroom

Central to your day is our grand ballroom. A blank canvas ready to be shaped and styled to your tastes. Able to seat 120 guests, it is just the right size for both your wedding breakfast and evening festivities. Also, the benefit of having crockery, glassware and linen all included in our pricing, gives you one less thing to worry about. There is even a ceremonial sword with which to cut your cake!

Kindness and hospitality  |  Sophie & Will We were totally overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality we had experienced from every member of staff. Andrea was always on hand to give invaluable advice and guidance and seemed to take as much pride in our wedding as we did.

The Bar

Accessible by both the Library & the Ballroom, the bar is no doubt the hub of most weddings. Nestled beneath our iconic central staircase with its high ornate ceiling, it keeps your guests close to your main reception rooms, giving you the perfect party atmosphere.
