The present ownerof Hampton Court is Graham Ferguson Lacey. He has an exciting long term view of the estate's sustainability:

' We will be working with the team at Hampton Court in the development of a mission plan for the estate, the priorities for which are as follows.

The preservation and restoration and availability of the Hampton Court Estate for the next century as an example of an eco-environmentally self-sustaining estate, which will become famous for its gardens, water features, recreational and leisure facilities.

It is our desire that the Hampton Court estate should become the premier attraction in Herefordshire, creating significant employment and economic benefit to the county as well as a “must” place to visit for tourists from around the world.'
